Held on two consecutive Monday evenings, Bernadette O'Shea will demonstrate the House style of seven major champagne producers. The first night focuses on non vintage champagnes, while the second night showcases vintage champagnes, reflecting the nuances and effects of differing years.

A single evening event, Bernadette O'Shea showcases ten of the best champagnes, including prestige cuvees such as Dom Perignon, Krug, Bollinger RD and Cristal. This is a wonderful evening with all the senses being utilized to fully appreciate the nature of champagne. An array of fruits and flowers will stimulate and guide the palate and open the door to the flavours of champagne. This evening includes a one course meal.
