The palate is medium-bodied with a sweet opening featuring red fruit laced with candied orange peel. "A ferrous nose with striking aromas of iron, strawberries and cherries. Clean and clear, this has an immediate brightness from the acidity which then settles with a chalky, iron grip towards the finish. Lots of sticky liquorice and cedar spice which will settle in time.
