This beautiful Bandol Blanc is a blend of 60% Clairette, 30% Ugni Blanc and 10% Rolle (Vermentino). In the glass the wine sits an alluring light gold color. After a few swirls lovely aromas of persimmon, Mediterranean herbs and sea-spray explode from the glass. On the palate the wine is pristine; fresh and clean up front while it lightly coats the mouth mid-palate with a mild viscosity. Ripe peach, herbs and tropical fruit flavors blend perfectly with a wet stone minerality, giving way to a soft, delicate finish with a very subtle note of white pepper.
