"This wine shifts with each vintage, guided by what the year and our headspace during vintage allows. In 2025 it returns to a gris/gewürz base with a splash of musqué clone chardonnay. Gewürz and chardonnay were co-fermented, left to macerate for 3–4 weeks, while the later-picked gris saw a week on skins. Both components were pressed, settled, and aged on light lees for three months before bottling. A playful, intuitive blend that always seems to come together at the last moment—proof that a bit of chaos can yield something beautiful." - Winemaker Notes
