Alcoholic fermentation between 18 and 20°C in order to preserve its primary aromas as well as the youth of the vintage A beautiful Sauvignon Blanc in its youth. Aromatic and pure, it shows finesse and precision with floral, fruity and flinty notes. Perfect balance between fleshy and crunchy with a perfect acidity that gives a lovely tension.
