2021 Dancing in the Moonlight Rosé - $24 per bottle ; $27 RRP

"This Rosé is a blend of grape varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot), which have had minimal skin contact time to ensure vibrancy of colour and flavour. Slow fermentation has given this wine time to integrate the flavours of the varieties, making an easy drinking enjoyable rosé for all occasions. Crunchy, fresh and vibrant, lovely sweet berry fruits fill the palate for a rosé experience where you feel like dancing in the moonlight. Such delicious enjoyable drinking right now" - Winemaker

"Glossy textured, rose hip tea and rose water scents and flavours, strawberry, vanilla cream, some Parisian almond characters too. Mellow, even, balanced and flowing with a nice, gently puckering and dry finish. Really nice to drink." - 92 Points, Mike Bennie, The Wine Front

2020 Amber Sauvignon Blanc Semillon - $34 per bottle ; $39 RRP

This Amber wine is a blend of 52% sauvignon blanc and 48% semillon fruit, selected from our certified biodynamic Cullen Vineyard. The vines were planted from 1976-1978, and are grown on Scott Henry and Lyre trellising systems, allowing for healthy fruit to grow on vigorous vines with dense canopies. Negroni, peaches and cream, oregano, wild thyme. Incredible depth of palate and youthful exuberance. Silky, long finish with flavours and fruit density filling the mouth. The grainy, soft tannins, which dance around the front palate hold the wine and all its characters in perfect tension to then take the silky flavours on the back palate, where they linger in dense, perfect proportions" - Winemaker

"Named Amber because the 10 days on skins in open and closed fermenters, including amphorae, produces a deeper hue. This and the low-yielding vintage makes for a structured wine with lifted white pepper, talc, white asparagus and orange pith and peel, giving an aromatic bitters note. Striated lemony acidity and chalky, pithy tannins parry, sustaining a dynamic finish. Predominantly sourced from old vines (planted 1976-1978) with small bunches of tightly packed berries." - 93 Points, Decanter.com

2020 Grace Madeline Sauvignon Blanc Semillon - $37 per bottle ; $42 RRP

"With an appearance of pale straw with green tinges, this Grace Madeline has vibrant acidity, minerality, and texture, framing citrus, limes, kaffir lime, nettles, cut grass and vanilla flavours. A wine of great vibrancy and freshness, and yet the palate has great length and line, travelling through with beautiful texture and intensity. Match with scallops, prawn, or eggplant dishes" – Winemaker

2021 Mangan East Block Red - $50 per bottle ; $57 RRP

// 59% Malbec, 41% Petit Verdot

"Aromas of cherry, rose, dusted chocolate and mulberry. A palate of intensive, lively fruit with unctuous texture and mouthfeel. The chocolate trumbles through the palate leaving a trail of mulberry juice in its wake. This is a one-off wine with the fruit concentration being outstanding in every way. Pair with lamb, beef or beetroot." - Winemaker

"Such vivid purple colour. Fresh blackberry, blueberry, pepper, violet, dark chocolate, some biscuit and nutty oak. It’s very firm and ferrous, heaps of earthy tannin, kind of like Turkish coffee in texture, spicy and earthy, fresh mulberry acidity, savoury yet perfumed too, with a dense and robust finish of excellent length, leaving a wake of tannin. Intense. Really good. Better with a few more years on it, no doubt." - 94 Points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front

2019 Legacy Sauvignon Blanc - $97 per bottle ; $110 RRP

"Colour of light gold with green tinges, and a bouquet of feijoa, blueberries, lemon, limes, kaffir lime. The palate is bright refreshing acidity, trailing through with crisp lemon, kaffir lime, wonderful mouthfeel and texture with beautiful phenolic tension driving the flavours right to the back palate. Tremendous length and agility with enduring perfume and charm." - Winemaker

"2019 was a cool year, producing mineral, aromatic and very fine wines. This is no exception. Salted edamame, sugar snap, jasmine tea, white currant, green apple skin, juniper berry and salt bush eddy around on the palate, swirling in and out of exotically spiced oak, crushed limestone/talc/basalt/petrichor. Evokes cicadas on a hot afternoon sea breeze, somehow. This is the most profound sauvignon blanc in Australia." - 97 Points, James Halliday Wine Companion

2020 Diana Madeline Blend - $139 per bottle ; $159 RRP

// 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Malbec.

The 2020 Diana Madeline vintage was hot and dry. For the old block cabernet sauvignon vines these drought like conditions resulted in the vines producing small berries, and hence the vines were low yielding. This produced a wine of elegance, balance and perfume... effortless. Drink now or cellar up to 50 years." - Winemaker

"Dark, deep and a really youthful purple colour in the glass. Lifted and complex aromas of cedar, graphite, blackberry, brambles, violets and a briary underbrush edge. Full, rich, layered and complex, lashings of mulberry and blackcurranty fruit, firm, granular, textured tannins and lively acidity. Just beginning its journey and what a journey it shall be." - 97 Points, Aaron Brasher, The Real Review

"Another beautiful, soulful release, this one a bit darker, a bit bolder, a mesh of tannins over train tracks and tension, but a wine of significant pedigree and wow factor nonetheless. Dark chocolate and graphite aromas with salted plum, black olive, bay leaf and oyster shell. Flavours ripple with authority in that weave of tannin, dark choc again, panforte perhaps more apt, dark cherry, saline minerality, more bayleaf and cinnamon spice. Succulent in the finish, mouth-watering and very fresh. Compelling stuff." - 96 Points, Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
