Returns

 The Wine Emporium recommends that you consider registering and insuring your goods with your chosen courier before consignment, for return to us. Any loss/damage of returned equipment will not be covered by The Wine Emporium.

Spoilt Goods

If, within 7 days of delivery, any item purchased from The Wine Emporium is found to have a defect, The Wine Emporium will exchange it, providing the Spoilt Bottle is returned for analysis.

Please ensure the following

  • You contact The Wine Emporium prior to returning the product to advise details
  • Goods are returned in original condition with their original packaging
  • Goods are accompanied by your original receipt
  • Goods are not damaged in transit
  • You pay for return delivery costs

Change of Mind

You are welcome to exchange your product or get a credit in the event that you change your mind as long as the goods are returned in saleable condition with all original packaging within seven (7) days of delivery.

Delivery Policy

Freight Costs ($AUD)
Once payment has been made please allow 3-5 working days to receive your product in Australia (via an allocated courier company).
We do offer freight discounts on quantity

  • Inner City Brisbane Free
  • Outer Brisbane Metro - $10.00 Inc. GST 
  • Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba Regional Area Freight - $10.00 Inc. GST
  • National Delivery - $15.00 Inc. GST

International Orders are charged a postage and handling fee depending on the destination and weight of the package. We will contact you regarding the postage charge based on your shipping address

Please note the following points:

  • For interstate, regional Australia and International customers; Freight costs may be adjusted depending on where you are situated. If required, our staff will contact you directly to discuss the freight costs for regional or interstate customers. 
  • Freight prices are subject to change without notice.
  • For security and fraud reasons we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • If an item is out of stock please allow 7 days to receive product due to stock availability.
  • Direct pickups are available from our premises in Brisbane in trading hours.
