"(Light fizz style) We produce a small amount of this wine, not even four thousand bottles, with the grapes we pick in the vineyards of Cascina Valmenera, which we call “our stairway to heaven”: the rows are laid out in an amphitheatre that seems to climb up into the sky. They enjoy southerly exposure and were planted by us. A light, lively and carefree wine, to be drunk young and served nice and cool in summer." - Winemaker Notes
