"The grapes, after reaching maturity, are collected and manually selected to ensure the highest quality and the maximum integrity. Subsequent to pressing, the skins are left on while fermented in stainless steel tanks. The maceration, depending on the year it can last from 7 to 10 days. Fresh, floral and fruity perfumes, with hints of cherry and black cherry, all lightly spiced. On the palate, full, elegant and easy to drink, good structure and tannic freshness." - Winemaker Notes
