"Nebbiolo is proudly grown by the Corsini family in the Upper King Valley (320m.) The fruit was pneumatically pressed, settled and fermented and aged in neutral puncheons. No malo. It was bottled under Stelvin after 9-months. Chalky with a fleshy, citrus-infused texture. Grapefruit bitters, pithy pomelo, and mandarin segments." - Winemaker Notes
