"Impressively deep red/purple colour. The bouquet is oaky and ripe, a little dry-reddish and not especially pinoty, while the palate is full-bodied and quite tannic, with grip and guts and extraction. It's a big wine, brawny and heavily structured, finishing with a trace of bitterness. It needs time and age will surely improve it.
