The El Dorado Diamond High Ester (DHE) / La Bonne intention (LBI) rum is the first to be released in the El Dorado High Ester Blend Series. This rum combines the La Bonne Intention (LBI) rum marque from the versatile French Savalle Still with the never-before released Diamond High Ester (DHE) rum marque from our Double Retort Copper Pot Still.
Aged for 11 years this blend of rums offers a much higher level of esters than a traditional rum resulting in a rum that is flavourful and bursting with fruity and floral aromas.
