Description
"A blend of parcels across Pouilly-Fumé, mainly on limestone-clay soils, the 2019 Florilege is a step up from Prelude due to the inclusion of older vines and longer aging on lees in both tank and concrete. The nectarine-fruited expression gently caresses the mouth. It has lovely depth on the mid-palate, a sense of weight and ripeness followed up by a sense of easy texture derived from mainly clay and limestone soils. Nicely balanced alcohol too at just 13% which is very moderate for this vintage." - 90 Points, Rebecca Gibb MW, Vinous
