"Hand-harvested Riesling from a plot of 50 year old vines in the Grand Cru Praelatenberg and a selection of the best parcels along the Roman road. Long pressing of 6 to 8 hours with whole bunches. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 11 months on the lees. It displays mineral notes, white yellow and citrus fruits. An expression of its granitic terroir, lovely freshness and acidity." - Winemaker Notes
