Description / Reviews
"The fruit was whole cluster crushed, pressed and drained off into tank for settling. Primary fermentation took place in barrique and tank with approximately 25% new oak used. The nose ppens with lime, lemon and grapefruit, followed by white peach and subtle spice. Hints of hazelnut, vanilla custard and lightly buttered toast add depth and complexity. Vibrant and precise on the palate, with bright mineral notes and zesty acidity framed by subtle crème brûlée richness. Fresh and concentrated, it shows balance with nuanced oak and layered depth." - Winemaker Notes
