"Very deep, dark red with purple rim, the bouquet suggests freshly turned earth, dark plums, black olives and a tarry note, but there is little evidence of varietal cabernet. It's full-bodied and firm, deep and solid on the tongue, with dense, thick, tightly packed tannins that leave a very firm finish but they're supple and ripe tannins.
