"Not as prickly as some Aligoté with a lovely nose of baby apricots and lemons. Touches of sandalwood and meringue, almost Pavlova tones. The palate, like all of Domaine Cornu’s wines has lovely texture, with calm & relaxed fruit. As you expect from this grape, there’s a real build of tangy lemons, and no aggressive acidity to be seen.
