// Sustainable and Minimal Intervention
"This native Savoie grape produces Roussette, a fine, elegant wine with a floral, fruity nose and a long finish combining mineral notes and ripe white fruits, such as pears and peaches." - Domaine Dupasquier, Winemaker
"The domain is located in the village of Aimavigne in a southwestern lobe of the Savoie, close to the Rhône Valley. The vines are rooted in limestone-rich clay, with the rows blanketing the steep, sun-drenched slopes of the commune.
Made from a local grape variety called "Altesse". This wine has charming aromatic characters, amazing acidity and finesse. Aromas of lemon curd, white flowers (acacia, honeysuckles), fresh apricots a touch of honey, brioche and sweet spices. On the palate you will find fried pineapple, great acidity and a hint of butterscotch." - Halle Aux Vins, Importer
