"Our gin has proved particularly popular in California - so we decided to create a flavour that celebrates two staples of the hippie movement that originated there, namely mushrooms and patchouli, man. The flavour is light, fruity and peppery with a hint of apricot. Girolle mushrooms provide a light fruity and peppery note with a hint of apricot, paired with the delicate earthy woody notes of patchouli which lingers at the back of the mouth. Oregano enhances these savoury herbaceous notes whilst balancing out the coriander and lemon peel, adding a layer of spice. This gin allows us to create a joke out of nothing more than an apostrophe. Drink whenever the metaphorical sky is grey (or, if you insist, ‘gray’), the leaves are brown and you’re passing a church along the way. Or anytime really." - Distiller Notes
