"Vintage 2024 was extremely memorable also. So to commemorate this vintage and variety, we thought we'd honour the memory of a legend who passed in 2024. People, this is Mataro Manifest. Lovely red fruit with supple but complex savoury edges from the 7 months on skins. A medium bodied red, excellent chilled for the warmer months or room temp in winter. Pair it with red sauce based meals or even better - a Succulent Chinese Meal. This is an extremely limited wine - only 200 dozen made and we are already allocating out to our mates." - Winemaker Notes
