"Depaula, which is named after Juan Antonio Ponce’s daughter, is the only wine he makes from outside the Manchuela region.
Comprised of fruit from a friend’s organically farmed vineyard in neighbouring Jumilla, at over 700 metres above sea level, it’s full of fresh blueberry and crunchy blackberry flavours.
