"Destemmed with 10 days on skins and matured in seasoned French hogsheads. A light, bright crimson. Pretty with cranberries, alpine strawberries, some pomegranate and a touch of spice. Light to medium bodied, there's a crunchiness to both the fruit and the tannins. A gentle savouriness too.
