This expression is crafted by blending two distinct mash bills: one with 74% rye, 11% corn, and 15% malted barley; the other with 51% rye, 34% corn, and 15% malted barley. The result is a harmonious balance of spicy rye character and subtle sweetness. Bottled at cask strength, typically around 110 proof, it offers an unfiltered and robust tasting experience.
Nose - Layering of brandied cherry It opens up with time and releases cinnamon, baking spices with just a hint of oak.
Palette - A robust rye with dark cherry, burnt vanilla, and spices for days. It's a delicious rye with a weighty mouthfeel.
