The result of two visionaries who wanted to make the worlds best tequila. John Paul Dejoria and Martin Crowley set out on their mission in 1989. Produced originally by Franciso Alcarez in a purpose built distillery in the heart of Jalisco.
AROMA: Roast agave, buttery baked goods, and a hint of citrus on the nose
TASTE: Stronger earthy and mineral characteristics, and a nice spiciness that lingers for just the right amount of time. Oak is a flavor enhancer here, rather than a dominant force that overpowers everything else.
